All orders are shipped via Australia Post using the Parcel Post service.
For orders under $100 a flat shipping fee of $9.20 will apply for orders up to 5kg. 
EXPRESS POST is available for Australian orders for an additional $12.20 for orders up to 5kg.
Please note the delivery cost will not be added to your order until the final stages of checkout.
Please allow 1-3 days for us to process your order.
Estimated delivery time within Australia is 3-5 business days.
Or 1-2 business days if you have selected EXPRESS POST.
If you have not received your package within 7 business days of placing your order please contact us via email pochestore@hotmail.com with your full name and order details and we will look into your delivery immediately.

If you have selected a PRE ORDER item we will get in touch as soon as your order is ready to go. Pre Orders can take 2- 4 weeks.


At Pochestore we take pride in carefully creating our garments. We hope that your little treasures enjoy the quality and comfort of our clothing.
If you do find a fault with your item, we will happily exchange or refund your purchase of unworn item. Please contact us at pochestore@hotmail.com so we can arrange this promptly for you. 
Unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange for change of mind. Please check our size guides carefully or contact us if you have any questions about the fit of a garment. We are always happy to assist you.
Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when you can expect your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
